Traveler buildings can now be placed and rotated, 

Players are reporting: When placing travelers like Rumbagh, Heimlich, and the others, they cannot be rotated when moved and they always face south no matter what. Only Alesi's entrance rotates normally.

Workaround: Upon deconstruction, the deed is returned, allowing for placement and rotation.
