We have received reports of issues launching BitCraft Online on certain GTX graphics cards after new drivers for those cards have been released. At this moment, the latest working drivers for these cards have been released back in November 2025, so we highly recommend rolling back to that previous version. You can also roll back the drivers using the Device Manager in Windows, provided that the old drivers have not been fully uninstalled:

1. Launch the Device Manager from the Windows start menu (you may need to run it as an administrator
2. Open the Display adapters drop down menu and locate your NVIDIA graphics card
3. Double-click on the name of the card, which will open a new window
4. Navigate to the Drivers tab at the top
5. There, you will see the Roll Back Driver option. Pressing that will restore the older version of the drivers, hopefully resolving the issue

If the Roll Back Drivers button is greyed out, you will have to download the drivers using the above link and install them manually.
