It will then be analyzed by the team to determine the underlying causes so that it can be fixed as soon as possible.

When submitting the report, please note that we will need specific information to investigate it properly:
- A detailed description of the exploit in question, including its effects, e.g. duplicating items or performing actions without draining stamina
- Step-by-step instructions on how to reproduce the exploit, including any specific circumstances that need to take place
- The specific version of BitCraft Online the exploit was found to work in. You can check the version of the game on the login screen, in the bottom right-hand corner of the screen
- Attach any relevant screenshots or videos showing the exploit in question
