As with any online game, BitCraft requires a stable Internet connection to enjoy the game; sometimes, you may encounter issues such as losing connection to the server, rubber banding (your character jumping back and forth), and lag, among other things. 

If you have experienced such problems, you can try some troubleshooting steps to potentially resolve that:

- Restart your router; wait at least 10 seconds between turning it off and on
- Multiple devices connected and actively using the same network may limit the bandwidth available for your device, which may lead to such issues
- If you are using WiFi, please check if the same issues occur when you are connected with an Ethernet cable instead, if possible
- Try connecting to the game using a VPN, if possible
- Contact your Internet Service Provider as there may be problems on their end
