How to Submit a Ticket for BitCraft Support (Bug Reports, Feedback, Account Inquiries, and Player Reports follow the same process)

In the Clockwork Labs Support site, click on the chat bubble to begin the process of submitting a ticket.

This chat bubble is located in the lower right part of the page.

In-Game

Press ESC to access the Options Menu and click on REPORT AN ISSUE.

A prompt will appear asking if you want to open the BitCraft support page in your browser.

Clicking YES will open up the Web Support Portal.
