The merging of multiple BitCraft accounts is no longer a supported service.
This decision was made after a thorough review of our account management and security protocols. The process of merging accounts introduced complexities that posed risks to data integrity and user security.
We understand that some users may have been utilizing this feature to consolidate progress, Hub account items, or friends lists across different accounts. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this change may cause.
What this means for you:
- Any accounts that were successfully merged before this announcement remain as a single, account.
- We cannot process any new requests to merge accounts, nor can we reverse this policy in individual cases.
- Users are now required to manage each of their BitCraft accounts separately.
We encourage all users to carefully select and commit to a primary BitCraft account for future use.
