We do not have a way for you to fully restart and reset your progress.  There are a few steps you can do to experience the game as if you were a new player.

• You can drop all of your items and cargo.
• You can reset your questline progress by accessing the Options button in the bottom-right of the screen and select "Tutorial Quests"—from there a screen will pop up with a "Reset" button.
• You can submit a ticket requesting that we rename your character.  If you do this, make sure to include your top 3 choices for your character's new name.

Do Not Delete Your Hub Account to Reset Character

Using the feature on the hub will completely delete any ties you have to your character.  All items and premium currency in your Hub Inventory will be lost.  This is meant to be used when you're requesting a complete account deletion to comply with various privacy laws such as GDPR and CCPA.
