Summary

Some email service providers may have spam protection measures in place which falsly flag emails from BitCraft / Clockwork Labs. 

Services which have been know to cause issues are @yahoo.com @hotmail.com, @outlook.com and @live.com.


Troubleshooting

1. Check Junk, Spam, and “Other” Folders

  • Log into your Outlook.com / Hotmail / Live.com account.

  • Look in your Junk Email folder.

  • If you use the Focused / Other inbox setting, check the Other tab as well.

  • Use the search bar to look for [email protected]  subject: BitCraft Access Code.

2. Mark the Email as “Not Junk”

If you find our email in Junk:

  1. Open the email.

  2. At the top of the message, click “It’s not junk.”

  3. The message will move back to your Inbox, and future emails will be treated as safe.

3. Add Us to Your Safe Senders List

Adding our email/domain (BitCraft Access Codeto your Safe Senders ensures that Outlook always delivers our messages.

  1. Click the ⚙ Settings gear icon (top right).

  2. Select Mail > Junk Email.

  3. Under Safe senders and domains, click Add.

  4. Enter our email address [email protected] (or domain name).

  5. Press Enter and save changes.

4. Add Us to Your Contacts

Outlook gives higher priority to emails from your contacts.

  1. Go to the People app (your contacts).

  2. Click New Contact.

  3. Add our email address and save.

5. Review Inbox Rules & Filters

Sometimes mailbox rules or filters automatically move or delete emails.

  • Go to Settings > Mail > Rules.

  • Make sure no rules are blocking, moving, or deleting our messages.

6. Confirm Your Account is Active

New mail won’t be delivered if your account is suspended or your mailbox is full.

  • Check your account status in Settings > General > Storage.

  • Delete old mail if your storage is full.

7. Try Another Email Address

If you continue to have issues, consider signing up with another provider such as Gmail or Yahoo, which are less strict with automated emails.

Most often, the issue is caused by Microsoft’s filters. By checking Junk/Other, adding us to Safe Senders and Contacts, and marking “Not Junk,” you’ll ensure future messages arrive correctly.
